Terms of Service
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the moment the Customer receives the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which the Customer receives it, that is, it must be in perfect condition, unused, clean and with all the labels and tags.
Transportation costs incurred in returning the product to the
distribution will be assumed by the Customer. Once the product returned by the customer is at the company's facilities, AGYBO will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days.
