If for any reason you would like to return a piece, AGYBO will offer store credit for the item(s) that you return - returns and exchanges will only be considered 30 days after delivery. A refund will be offered in the case of faulty item(s).
When a refund is granted from our Head of Accounts, please note that we will only refund by the click of a button on our system to the same payment card/platform used. So any bank fees on the customer’s end is not the responsibility of AGYBO
You must take into account that we won´t be responsible for the loss of the product if it is returned. We recommend you use a certified postal service, to return the products, and keep a record of the tracking details
